EXPLORE Class Change Request Form

Our goal is to place each student in courses they are interested in while also creating balanced classes conducive to learning. We work hard to personalize each student’s schedule, but understand that this is not always a perfect process. If you or your student would like to make a change to their EXPLORE schedule, please complete the following form and submit it either in-person or digitally to Principal Gilbert and Ms. Brown. All requests will be reviewed within one week of submission. If further information is needed, a meeting with the EXPLORE team will be scheduled. On this page, you will find the link to the digital Google form as well as a printable version of the form. The printable version must be completed and submitted either in-person or via email to Principal Gilbert or Ms. Brown. For the 25/26 school year, all change requests must be submitted by August 1, 2025. Requests submitted after this date may be denied.
