Their courage and commitment remind us of the importance of service, community, and respect.
To honor the veterans connected to our school community, we’ve created a Veterans Day Slideshow featuring photos and names shared by our families and staff. Please take a moment to view it and join us in recognizing these heroes.
Thank you for helping us honor and remember those who have served. - Nov 10, 2025 · Rye Junior High SchoolTake another night off from cooking and support the Class of 2026 again! We are excited to share that we are starting the enrollment process for our Rye PreK program, our Newington PreK program, and our SAU 50 Preschool program early this year. We have started reaching out to current families and families on the waitlist with the opportunity to submit an enrollment application and deposit to secure a spot for the 2026-2027 school year.
The Rye PreK meets Monday through Friday, 8:15 am to 2:15 pm. Students must be 4 by September 30th to join. Tuition for Rye residents is $8,250.00 per year ($825.00 per month September through June). Tuition for non-residents is $9,000.00 per year ($900.00 per month September through June).
The Newington PreK meets Monday through Friday, 8:05 am to 3:00 pm. Students must be 4 by September 30th to join. Tuition for Newington residents is $3,300.00 ($330.00 per month, September through June). Tuition for non-residents is $8,500.00 per year ($850.00 per month September through June).
The SAU 50 Preschool program offers morning sessions (8:15 am to 11:00 am) for our younger students and afternoon sessions (11:30 am to 2:15 pm) for our older students. Students must be 3 by September 30th. Sessions are held Monday through Thursday. Parents can choose two or four sessions per week. Tuition is $2,000.00 per year ($200.00 per month, September to June) for two sessions per week and $4,000.00 per year ($400.00 per month, September to June) for four sessions per week.
For more information about these programs, please check out the SAU 50 Website.
If you would like to enroll or add your child’s name to the waitlist, please contact Diane Peterson at dpeterson@sau50.org for more information. If we are able to fill the programs, we will continue to maintain a waitlist in case anything changes for families during the school year.
